Dr. Neal Patel, D.M.D moved back to Tazewell, Tennessee shortly after graduation to practice with his mother, Dr. Shaku Patel, D.D.S. at 209 Irish Cemetery Road. After graduating from Middlesboro High School he attended the University of Georgia in Athens with a major in biological sciences starting in 2007.
